Eduardo PAOLOZZI - ZEEP : Agile Coin (framed)

Agile Coin Gross Decision Logic, Number 6 from the ZEEP (Zero Energy Experimental Pile) portfolio of six prints, a screenprint in colours on Astrolux paper laminated to a clear acrylic sheet (as issued). Signed Eduardo Paolozzi on the acrylic in black felt pen, and dated and numbered from the limited edition of 100. Printed by Advanced Graphics and published by Petersburg Press, London. Referenced in Miles, 62. Frame size: 890 x 635mm. Provenance: from William Weston Gallery, London.

In very good condition. The high-quality frames have very occasional light surface scuffs commensurate with age, but still perfectly serviceable. A large, colourful, rare and ultra-cool piece of original 1970s British Pop Art and a wonderful investment print by Modern British artist Eduardo Paolozzi.

These collectable, signed Paolozzi prints look FANTASTIC hung together in a home or office space, equally, 1 or 2 of these prints will make any room pop and provide a great talking point.

Agile Coin was a computer war game developed in the late Sixties, which showed the development of weapons encountered by US forces in Vietnam. Paolozzi uses repetition of the deadly imagery of warfare, making colourful patterns and causing the viewer to think twice.
