This lithograph is very rare. It was edited in the book"Douze maquettes de Vitraux pour Jerusalem" in 1964, dedicated to the marvellous stained-glass windows Chagall made for the Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem.
There were only 85 copies of this book. It had a large size. The lithograph is printed on a whole page. The page was folded in order to bbe able to frame the lithogrraph. On the second half of the paper is text, in French.
The edition of this unsigned lithograph was only 85. There was also an edition of 50 that were signed and numbered.
