From the initial portfolio created posthumously in 2004, Charles the First was created as a screenprint from the painting of the same title. Hand-signed by the artist’s father and with certification from the Basquiat Estate, verso, the artwork measures 60 ¾ x 47 ¾ (154.3 x 121.3 cm), unframed and is from the edition of 85.
